Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Kordrop ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Kordrop is a temporary file-hosting utility that allows users to upload files and generate time-limited download links. All uploaded files and associated metadata are permanently deleted after one (1) hour, or immediately upon manual deletion by the uploader, whichever comes first. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By uploading a file or otherwise using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

3. Authorized Use

The Service is intended exclusively for lawful, consensual file sharing in controlled and authorized environments. By using the Service you confirm that:

• You are the lawful owner of the uploaded content or hold sufficient rights to distribute it.
• All intended recipients have given their explicit prior consent to receive the file.
• The content and its distribution comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• The transfer does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, defamation, or other rights.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to upload, share, or facilitate the distribution of content that:

• Is illegal under any applicable law or regulation.
• Constitutes, depicts, or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Is malware, spyware, ransomware, or any software designed to cause harm to systems or individuals without their explicit informed consent.
• Violates the privacy rights of any individual, including unauthorized distribution of intimate images.
• Constitutes harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
• Infringes third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights without authorization.
• Is shared without the recipient's explicit consent.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Kordrop does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kordrop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Kordrop bears no responsibility for the nature, legality, accuracy, or consequences of any content uploaded or shared by users.

7. Automatic Deletion

All files uploaded to Kordrop are automatically and permanently deleted after one (1) hour from the time of upload. Kordrop does not maintain backups of user-uploaded files. Once deleted, files cannot be recovered by Kordrop or the user. Users are solely responsible for retaining their own copies of uploaded content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kordrop and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Modifications

Kordrop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Kordrop operates.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
